Are they all the same ? Or just us name brand. Some bands have now 10 percent ethinal , should I stay way from that. Or don't worry about so much..

Your bike, which I assuming is an 07 from your login name, is built to work with Ethanol and will suffer no ill effects from the 10% blend - all the hoses, gas tanks, carbs or fuel injection units for the past severalyears have been built to resist the effects of the alcohol/ethanol. That being said, I have experienced a decent loss of power and a big loss in mileage whenever I used Ethanol blended gas so I try to stay away from it whenever possible. If you can buy gas without ethanol do so - In regards toe brands, I'll buy my gas fromany high volume station, regardless of brand although if there are two gas stations on the same corner, doing the same business and with the same price and one is a Shell/Mobil/BP/Exxon etc and one is an independant, the name brand will go in the bike.BTW - I see ethanol as being one of the more costlier blunders we are have allowed ourselves to be sold (I apologize in advance to all of you who feel it is worth it due to green house ommissions).

Could you use Regular if you had it tuned for that?

EVO80:

You hit the nail on the head in regards to your
statement on Ethanol. I could write a book on
the problems this substitute fuel causes to the
enviroment and our wallets.
