that appears to be the correct part number, but the price is different from what I recall looking at in the catalog last night. I'll double check the part # and price when I get home.

Spendy, but at least there is an option now. I never liked the removeable option available that leaves the hardware on the bike... then I changed my trees so that was no longer an option anyway.
Now all I have to do is figure out a way to get the measurement of the brackets... in other words, how much space is required between the upper and lower tree. I have my turn signals mounted off that same area, so I figured I'm still screwed. I suppose I could put the turn signals below the lower tree, but that looks a little weired and it reduces my travel area of the forks.

I bought the same one for myfxsti about a year ago. clamps are positioned just below and just above the trees on the softail. dont know how much space is left available on awg but I"m almost certain you would have to move your signals below your trees. shield came with a relocater kit but I just left mine on the bars. Dont worry about your forks travel area, I doubt you would ever compress them that much and live to tell about it.

Are the items in the 08 catalog available online? I've seen a few 08 items that i'd like to upgrade to, but when i do a search on the HD site, none of the 08 items display in the results.

there is '08 stuff on the web site - but the MOCO has never had everything in the catalog listed online (from what I have been able to tell at least). If you don't get a catalog sent to you, your local dealer will have copies - they normally give them out free, though I have heard of a few dirtbag stealers trying to charge for them.
