Default Black OEM Hardware Reference

Not sure who else might be interested, but with HD coming out with Black OEM style hardware kits (just not for Twin Cams) I dug through and cross referenced the new black part numbers to the old part numbers and added in the nominal sizes. For those of us who want to keep the OEM style hardware but in black this can help. I didn’t research all the possible applications for each bolt, just a couple that I was interested in. I like the ARP style 12pt hardware, but it’s crazy expensive and limits the ability to wrench on the bike in certain places. Also, HD socket cap screws have a captured washer in a size you can’t find anywhere. Just thought I’d share for those that might be interested!

What do you mean by this? I have converted the majority of the hardware on my bike to 12pt ARP and the ONLY place that's been somewhat of a challenge is inside the rear rocker box (which isn't the easiest regardless of the type of fastener being used).

Rear rocker box, trans top cover, & trans end cover (depending on exhaust) were the ones that came to mind. The statement wasn’t meant as a knock against 12pt fasteners, just as highlighting how socket cap screws can be easier to work with.
