Yes those are the stock bars powdercoated black with 4" risers. I am running a 18x 5.5 rim on the rear. Basically there is about 4-5mm on both sides of the tire to the fender. The rear bolts that screw into your turn signals use a regular bolt head which sticks out to far. If you look at the bracket that slides into your fender from the inside into the fender struts.......the front bolt is threaded from the outside. I am going to cut threads into the rear of the bracket and weld a small washer on the back of the rear hole to reinforce the metal sleve. just look at the front and I am duplicating it. Then I can run both bolts from the outside and there will be no bolt head whatsoever on the inside. THis make any sense
