Honestly man buy the risers with the desired extension you want.
Adding an 4in extension to those risers really wouldn't be truely safe if you think about it. I've seen 1 to 2in, I even have a set of 1in to ad to mine to give me a full 21in bars, but not sure if the cables would be compromised.
What size bars do you have?

I wouldn’t even consider 4” riser extensions. Half your riser length is an extension - basically a grade 8 (hopefully) bolt? Not me. Mechanically, there’s probably nothing terribly unsafe with it, but it just doesn’t seem right. Easier and safer to just get a set of 8” risers - something like these:
