Easiest Riser Extension

Honestly man buy the risers with the desired extension you want.
Adding an 4in extension to those risers really wouldn't be truely safe if you think about it. I've seen 1 to 2in, I even have a set of 1in to ad to mine to give me a full 21in bars, but not sure if the cables would be compromised.
What size bars do you have?

I wouldnt even consider 4 riser extensions. Half your riser length is an extension - basically a grade 8 (hopefully) bolt? Not me. Mechanically, theres probably nothing terribly unsafe with it, but it just doesnt seem right. Easier and safer to just get a set of 8 risers - something like these:
