Default 1995 Dyna Convertible hand controls

I’m going to look at a 95 Dyna Convertible tomorrow and one thing I’m curious about are the controls. I know HD changed the hand controls around 95 or 96. Are the 95 controls the newer style or older style and are the turn signals self canceling?
BTW the pics of this bike look great, I’m really anxious to see the bike in person. It’s basically stock other than pipes and air filter. 14000 miles. If it’s as nice as the seller described it I’ll probably ride it home tomorrow.

I know that 96 and up are self cancelling but can’t say with certainty older is or not. @multihdrdr is the man who knows all that kinda stuff though so he’ll be in here shortly.

95 are the older controls, but still "cancel"

.
BTW, the seats also made the change from 95 to 96

So a seat change would need to be a 95 or earlier? Do you know what years would fit?

Should be 91-95 ... (91 is first year of the dyna)

95 has the tongue on the Frame ... 96-03 has the tongue on the seat
