Hello, I need your help (about Fuelpak3). Please help me with screaming eagle mapping.)
I have a 2016 Dyna Low Rider. The two-in-one genuine manifold has been fitted with a scrimmage slip-on. I bought Fuelpak3. For mapping.
However, Fuelpak3 does not have an option for Screaming Eagle. What should I do?
I tried to map using fuelpak3, but there was no Screaming Eagle in the list for setting. In order to set my motorcycle a
ccurately, which one should I choose from within Fuelpak3?
I had originally tuned my bike pretty good with the Screamin Eagle Pro Super Tuner. When I plugged up the FP3 I answered the questions about the intake and exhaust to something I thought was close to what I had. The FP3 then backed up the MAP I had into slot zero and then installed the canned MAP based on the answers I gave it. That didn't run too well so I copied my origina SE MAP from slot 0 into another slot and told it to use that one for the autotune feature. The bike immediately ran as good as it did before and after carefully using the autotune feature where you color in the blocks at all the different throttle and RPM settings it ran even better.
After all of that I used it to calibrate my speedometer against my GPS. I liked how it worked so well I wrapped it in a rag and just left it plugged in and tied down under my side cover in case I ever want to tweak anything.
I think for a novice like myself the FP3 is a cool little gadget.
