Default Wobble Problem solved (well, maybe) - Updated

I posted a thread a few weeks ago about a wobble and some front end noise that were making my ride really unplesant. After doing some research and from some helpful replies from you guys, I ratcheted down the main stearing head bolt to about 80 ft. lbs., and in doing so, I broke the tab off of the saftey washer...so after replacing that and torquing the head bolt down a little more carefully, I was able to rid myself of most of the front end clunking, but the wobble persisted. I checked the tire pressure in the manual, and I swear (I don't have it in front of me so I might be totally wrong) that it said 32psi. I had about 35psi in my tires so I let out a little air and got them to 32. The wobble persisted, so I made an appointment with the dealer. I just called them and the counter girl said that the only thing the mechanic found was that my tires were really low...about 30psi, he filled to 40 and tested it at all speeds and it seems fine. I have not picked the bike up yet because I'm at work, but it makes a little sence because I think the wobble started around the time I started playing with the tire pressure. If anybody has a manual for an '06 FXDC in front of them, let me know what it says for tire pressure...unless I'm reading it wrong, or if my gauge is just awful, or a combination of the two, then I'm confused. I'm going to check the manual when I get home. Also, incase it makes a difference I have tubeless case wheels.

UPDATE -

Ok, I rode it home and it seemed to ride pretty good...so I don't know what to say. I'm going to check the tire pressure when it cools off. I double checked the manual, and it says 30 in the front 36 solo 40 with a rider in the rear for all 06 dyna models. So if I was running 30 in the rear then that might have been a problem.

Ive got a wobble on my bike at about 80 MPH.

I do know that my bike came with the front end ALL jacked up. Handlebars pointing left, wheel pointing right, triple trees not aligned. REALLY ugly. Got it straightened out though. Dont know if that helped anything because thats all I could look at on the ride home and it was the first thing I fixed before I rode it again. : ) but have you checked all of that?

sorry, thats all I got, dont have a manual. : )

Indeed - sounds like something more than the tire pressure....
Check the regulars - anyone have any experience with this product?

80 ft-lbs sounds insanely high....

Front ends just are not that complicated, top and bottom trees, bearings, races pressed into the neck, t-stem, axle, fork tubes. I don't understand how there can be so many problems, yet the forum is full of clunk issues, etc.
