Default Dyna Wide Glide crash bars
Just curious if anyone knows..I have. 94 Dyna Wide Glide FXDWG. The previous owner modified it by lowering it to best suit his height. It is perfect for me as well but the crash bars were removed. Can a set of bars be put on it with it being lowered already?

What was lowered? Just the rear shocks or forks, too?

As long as a crash bar is designed for forward controls, they should still work. You'll just have a little less lean angle.
