Default torque cones

I'm thinking about getting some torque cones.

I was wondering if there is any difference between the $15 Ebay ones and the $90 Samson ones, as far as performance and stuff.

Ebay:

No difference - other than you'll have $$$ left over to by more mods. Polished or Stainless Steel do not offer any preformance increases in our applications. I bought these. I could NOT tell any SOTP increase. But didn't really expect to.

I do know most performance headers are two-step and some NHRA Pro Stockuse three-step headers. They are the ultimate naturally aspiratedHP engines (overhead valve V8 - 500 Cu In)
Don't know if anybody did a before / after Dyno, but every little bit helps.
Good luck - dd

Thanks. I didn't think there would be any real difference (other than price), but I wanted some reassurance from others.

I bought the samsons last week for 60$ from Wallys.

they do work.

Ive had the cheap A/R cones but Ive heard the melt or rust away after awhile, so I ponied up and spent more money.
