Nice! Feels good to get things done yourself. Whereabouts in VT you from? And from reading your other posts, did you end up buying a tuner and which one did you go with?

Im in central Vermont a few miles from killington. No, I haven’t picked up a tuner. I have a carb and am hopeful rejetting will be enough. Once I run it I’ll have to see what it wants.

I’m just curious where you got the screen name “uncleporkchop”?

Many years ago my best friend and his wife had a little yappy dog. We both had boats on the Hudson River about 40 miles north of NYC, and pretty much every weekend we’d tie up the boats on anchor and float, swim, eat and drink all weekend. I was very liberal with feeding the dog whatever we were eating, and one day his wife called me “uncle pork chop” because she envisioned the dog seeing me as a giant pork chop whenever my boat would approach theirs, due to all the treats I gave him. Hence I was “Uncle Pork Chop” for about 10 years until the dog kicked the bucket.

Ahh, carbed bikes only require rejetting. Not far from you, in the White River Junction area.
