I don't about "thigh gap"....."weird looking" are the words I'd use.

I just feel sometimes less is better......Especially with an HD

You've kind of added more though, if anything your bike has more unnecessary stuff on it than the Op, plus you have spring on spring action from that seat and lowered shocks
