Default milage
I would like to know how many miles one could expect to put on a twin cam engine before a major over haul or rebuild is neccesary. Presuming the bike has been well looked after ?

I have a friend that put 167,000 before he had major issues........ended up getting a remaned motor for $50....

He did these miles from 2003-2005....general maintaince...and I think cam chain tensoners, battery and tires, brakes...

Nice to know I can get that from a bike if maintained. That is good milage. I hope I can get that outta mine.
