More pictures . I'm still having to get off and look at it to make sure it's not a dream . So far I'm loving the bike . It doesn't like narrow country lanes the way the Sportster did but on the open road it has tremendous over taking power . The main thing I like is the overall design . It's just SO Harley Davidson .

Give yourself time to learn the bike. In a month or so you'll be able to flick that Big Twin around almost as nimbly as a Sportster.
Couldn't agree more with the first post. This is what a Harley is supposed to look like. In it's purest form, without all the quirks they came up with to differentiate one model from another, this is the no nonsense version of a Dyna. First Harley was a new '93 FXR Super Glide.
Like my (recently new to me) Street Glide, will be great for long days. Jury is still out on my Low Rider ST. Love my '13 Super Glide.
My first big twin was a 2012 FXDC I bought new in April 2012. Big Blue Pearl. I put the FLD footboard kit on it almost as soon as they became available. I traded for a 2014 Road King a couple years later but always missed that Super Glide. It was a great all around bike.

Very nice! Big Blue Pearl has to be the best blue from Harley, in recent years anyway. The wife & I can spot that color from a long ways away. Didn't know anyone had a footboard kit, looks comfortable.

Harley offered the FLD kit shortly after they introduced the Switchback. It's still available. I got lucky and found one on ebay for the Fat Bob I have now. It really helps comfort in my opinion.

Yep, I've got the Harley kit on my Street Bob. Forwards on my Superglide. Both setups are very comfortable. The "most comfortable" is whichever one I'm riding at the time.
