Something ain't right here. They re-list it for $1,500 when he had NO BIDS for $1,000 - sure. Also the bidder identity is concealed. That's not uncommon but a lot easier to get your "bud" to lay down a phony bid to add interest on the item. Also most folks sit watch the item until the last day / hours so not to inflate the price early on in the bidding process.
