Some of the other forum members suggested the fuel quick connect was loose and wasn’t seated properly. When Harley checks the bike out, I’ll let you know if they find anything

Not sure if you ever found out the fix for your bike, but I just got mine back from the dealer. It was indeed the connector on the back of the throttle body which was backing out and burning up the connector pins. This was most likely happening because whoever routed the wire harness did a poor job and caused it to become pinched and not have enough slack to reach the back of the TB. I put on a good amount of miles since I got it back and haven't had any issues. Hope this helps and good luck.

Glad to hear you got it fixed for good. I haven't seen it happen again, but am saving this response "just in case" I ever need it.

Happy Riding,

Robert
