You have to go by the tire pressure from the manufacturer. The manual is for the tires that came stock on the bike. Somehow I doubt you have the original tires on it.
Not true. The pressure in the manual is for the SIZE of tire that came on your bike. The air volume between that and another tire of the same size and a different brand is not (meaningfully) different. There may be a modest difference in construction, but it's the air volume that holds you up, not the tire carcass.
The tire manufacturer labels the tire with the maximum pressure, which has to be used for maximum load. That is not a recommendation, it's a safety limitation. It does not tell you what the proper pressure is for your motorcycle. If you've been airing tires up to the maximum your whole life, it's going to be so great for you to discover the proper pressure is not the maximum for every application, and not even for most.

True Track kit after you check everything out. Seen it many times over the years. Happened to my wife’s 06 Low Rider right in front of me twice. Once at 20 mph on some tight S’s and once at 50 in a wide sweeping right hander .She rode both out.I took all the mounts out and all checked out.Been multiple lawsuits and injuries over it All the harmonics equalize that is mounts thru out the bike. Learned of the True Track from several sources. They’re made for touring and Dyna chassis bikes we never had another issue with the bike. Check searches on here as there are many over the years.G.
I see neck bearings mentioned quite often as if they frequently go bad?
I would like to see some bad bearings. Other than rust / corrosion or an accident or maybe damaged by being improperly installed they really don't see enough load or movement to go bad.
Very rare that the common A2 wheel bearings go bad.. Especially with only 8k on them.. Either a tire issue or neck bearings.. Check fall away.. But seriously if it's intermittent then I would blame it on "Tar Snakes"....
