I used to get about 47 mpg with SEII slip-ons and SE A/C. Put on a Power Commander and got it dyno tuned and my fuel mileage dropped to less than 40 BUT I tend to be fairly heavy on the throttle. I've also noticed that if I stay under 70 mph, I get better mileage....but most of my weekly mileage is on the freeway at 75+. Still cheaper than commuting with my Chevy deisel.

My numbers exactly before I installed the Power Commander and Ness BS 3 or 4 days ago. Will ride it a while before I come up with a new range.

All stock '07, about 40mpg or so. Then again, mine's all city riding.

Totally stock I average between 40 and 47 mpg. The 47 is mainly country driving and the 40 is when I get in a hurry.

no dyna going to great on gas. got to get a 50cc ricer for that .i never worry about gas , i just ride and buy gas when i need it .

My '06 SB gas mileage ranges from 40MPG city to 53MPG highway. Those were extremes tho. Realistically I average around 42 in town and 50 on the highway. That's with a High 5 ac, Rush pipes w/2" baffles, & dealer tuned SERT. I always use 92+ octane. I'm not sure when that started but my last 3 bikes (metrics) also called for premium.
