My 2007 FXDL came to me with forward controls. Has anybody switch from forward back to mid? Shaft is still there so it should be easy. I just need to source the parts. TC Bros has a kit that raises the mid controls and there's a ton of forward control kits. Where's the stock brackets and linkages?

Just navigate to your year, family, model, and then to "footboards and foot pegs" / "Brake control, Rear" / "shifter, gear"
Lots doing the mid to forward conversion. You just need to start searching for takeoffs. Craigslist, Ebay, HD salvage and NOS Dealers. These forums are also good for getting the word out. I pulled the mids off my Dyna and sold them.
