for information leading to the arrest of the individual responsible for stealing this motorcycle...." sticker?

I sat back on it to see what would develop.
My occupation requires a sharp eye for detail.
First post, as navy fly,
was right around the same time SCREAMING EAGLE,

Directions: Stick one bar through the spokes of each wheel. Lift and carry to a nearby enclosed trailer. Take to a distant place and change lock at leisure.
Like the old movie, "gone in 60 seconds". Actually, more like ten...
Edit: if they take time to stop and laugh at the hog sticker, it might take as long as 15 seconds.
