I'm looking for a pair of QUALITY 49mm fork gaiters for my Dyna. Most of the aftermarket ones look like plastic...I tried a current Triumph pair but they're just too tight on the tubes, probably 48mm, and they bunch up. Any recommendations?
I think I got mine from JPcycles back in '14. I think your FB uses the shorts like mine vs the longer ones for WG's so don't take my word for gospel in this case and verify but there are a lot of peoples lives I'd bet on it.

Sorry, but I have no recommendations, but I LOVE the way the brown seat and bags look on that black bike!! Was wanting to do that myself. I may see if I can just recover my seat, but with a slightly lighter more tan-sh color, and maybe cover my hard LeatherLyke bags with it, too. I think that looks GOOD!!

Thanks. I prefer the understated look. The leather seat and bags demand some care...but that's OK by me. I was lucky to get a pair of 110 badges and dremelled the "110 Anniversary" banner off the top. Along with the Cole Foster grips, kinda completes the look
Here is what I did on my former 2011 Street Bob. I made some gaiters from black vinyl naugahyde and tied them on with rawhide laces. The benefit of these is that, like other rubber gaiters, they protect the forks from rock chips and dirt but there is no necessity to remove the fork tubes because they simply tie on.
At the present time, I'm waiting for a break in the weather and I'll make a set that are 2" taller for the FXDWG that I'm restoring. These worked for me and only took a drawing and some sewing by my dear wife.
Pictures.
