Sorry, can't help. But on Bikernet.com there iswhat looks like a good canvas bag.
I wouldn't want to permenantly mount it but it would be useful for the times on trips when you want to pack a few things.

super cheap soft leather toolbags on E-Bay.
quality is actually surprizinglly good.
those ugly buckle straps are removable.
it has a zipper covered by a velcro flap cover.
can easily hold my wallet, mobile, sunglasses, digital camera, air pressure gauge, keys, earplugs.....
you can barely see it behind the headlight
(i guess running a freight-train-sized headlight has some contribution...
)
