Another Guessing Game. 2003 WHAT MODEL. Get's gas - EFI or Carb? No spark - how did you determine that? I gave up Mind Reading years ago, so how about a little more information?
My 2003 Harley will not start, it gets gas but has no spark
Trying to diagnose an issue over the internet isn't easy.... we can't see, hear, or touch for ourselves....
We're gonna need more information that that, if you want an intelligent suggestion about the cause of your problem... Without more info, any guesses would be totally random at best...
Just for the basics... Model/ fuel system/ recent work/ recent repairs/ recent mods/ what you have checked, how, and what you found...?
You can check AC from CPK, I believe it will he higher with plugs out. But need to know what you are seeing. Front and rear same? Nothing at all? As said carb or FI.
Weak lazy spark or nothing at all? Back firing as exhaust fills up with gas?
will turn over . getting fuel . no spark. replaced coil and plugs still not firing plugs. that was checked with inductive timing light. tried using obd2 but it did not recognize harley. i am thinking either sensor of ignition module.2003100th anniv. dyna glide 88cid. never any other problems. just failed to start.

If you think it's sensor related, you can check the CPS (crank position sensor).
You mentioned "Ignition module", does that mean you have a carb? The carb bikes have an ICM (ignition control module) and the EFI bikes have an ECM (electronic control module).
There is a procedure for getting the codes. Or a tuner like a Powervision can read codes without needing a license. Harley even made a code reader that I used on my 2003 EFI Heritage prior to owning a tuner. Not sure the Harley code reader worked on carb bikes, I think only EFI bikes...
If you know the plugs are good, the wires are good, the coil is good..... Time to work backwards with a multimeter... Is the coil getting power?
You may need to get a copy of the HD electronic diagnostic manual, and you should have a copy of the HD Factory service manual for your year/mosel bike. They really are worth the cost when you have a problem like this...
