Rake Increase
I am not sure on the 08's but you can try this site. http://www.chopper-kit-usa.com/
I went with raked bearing cups and bought a new set of Rick Doss custom wideglide forks with 3 degrees of rake in the trees. The cups have 3 regrees or rake, so I'm gaining 6 degrees of rake from 28 degrees to 34 degrees, look like an older wideglide. Going this route, you have to use raked trees with the cups....just the cups will cause you to lose too much trail and make the bike dangerous. Similarly, raked trees without the raked bearing cups will cause a loss of trailto the point where the bike will be dangerous. So, going the way I'm going requires both. The chopper kit is pretty cool, and I was set on going that way...until I figured this way out, and saved close to $1,500 dollars....granted I won't have the 41 degrees of rake though.....If you want specific's let me know...because you will have to source parts from a handful of different places to make it work.

Traveler, with all due respect, I think you mean raked cups will increase trail and raked trees will decrease trail.
Case in point; I have an 04 Lowrider stock with 32º neck and 0º trees 5.1" trail. They used the same frame with the Wideglide but added 3º trees and 2" longer front end to reduce the trail to 3.7"
I added 3º raked cups for a total frame rake of 35º and a wide glide front end with 3º raked trees for a total rake of 38º. From my personal experience I have had this bike up to 115mph with windshield on and it is as soilid as a rock.
There are several factors determining trail. ie. neck rake, tree rake, length of front end, tire size, and even the heigth of the rear (dropping the rear, or raising the front increases the total angle of the frame.)
Before changing the geometry of any motorcycle it has been suggested that research be conducted. I concur. The following link has excellent calculators to help you play with the numbers before you invest those bucks.

I have a 14 degree AME my on my FXST. I'm not sure if I like the look as much as I thought I would. The ride is fine but steeering is a little heavy.
