#1 For the Dash question - The Dash stays lit when it happens.
#2 The Half or Full Tank question - It happens at both.
#3. In 2018 I thought my OEM coil was dying, so I replaced it with a Daytona High Output coil. My charging system has been replaced too in 2021. The times it happens the most is at start ups and after taking off by the time Ive reach 4th gear. And It's done it a couple of times making turns. Any way it does it. I could pull over and restart it, or before it comes to a compete stop I'll toggle the run switch to off, to on again, and she's running again. Like I said before, my fuel pump has always been auditable at startup and while it's running. Now it's silent from time to time. That the reasoning thinking it's the Fuel Pump. At a different job now. So my money is different. Trying to avoid the mechanic!

You could try the fuel pump relay as said, I am not sure. It is cheap and easy. The tough thing, at the moment, is it restarts, so you can't trouble shoot. But at some point it may not, and leave you stranded.
True, but things don't always act up all the time. As in fine full tank, bad half tank.
My point was at that age, I replace things based on age. Before I have to be towed home. Also not every one knows how to test a fuel pump.
What people don't understand is some people don't have skill, interest, time, to do some trouble shooting, and replacing parts is easy, and you have new parts.
This bike is a 2006.
You can test electrical parts, and they will meet specs when cold and not vibrating.
The early 2006 Dynas were equipped with 8 degrees injectors wich lead to stalling problems with some bikes. Harley later that year replaced them with 25 degrees.
Could the run/kill switch be bad? Not making good contact and intermittently looses contact. Maybe even you might be bumping it and don't know it. Like when going for a turn signal switch or the like?
I've got an 06 Low Rider and I've had this issue as well but I replaced the injectors to the 25 degree ones. Issue on mine is the ignition which I'm replacing this winter. It would happen intermittently previously with the dash flashing when it happened but has gotten to the point that I have to jiggle the ignition to get it to connect again.
