does anyone know where i can find a smoked led taillight for my 2002 fxdwg? i have looked everywhere with no luck.

There`s 30 choices on Dennis Kirk plus all the other sites.......

I've probably got 2 or 3 sets sitting in a box in the garage.
They're cheap enough, You must be looking in the wrong places.

the problem i am having is that i have a bobbed fender (taillight underneath) and need window facing down.

You flip it over. At least that's what Custom Dynamics says to do.
