I've been looking for the last couple of years for a 'gap filler' for that part of the console and haven't found one yet. I think you may have to find someone who can make one on a 3D printer Ż\_(ツ)_/Ż
yes, yes, yes! The 'gap filler' was the words. Still there's no such a thing other yet huh? it's truly sucks.
If you remove the tank bib, a pretty sizable gap remains under the console. I personally like the look without the bib, and don't like that the gap would allow water under there as there's a bit of wiring under the console.
I guess, just buy thick rubber or silicon board, cut and fill the gap, that's all I can probably
I have a friend who made a nice one out of some really nice wood. I don't recall what kind of wood it was, but it was a very nicely grained hardwood that he made in his wood shop, then sanded it smooth and stained it.
He even carved a small lip on the front piece to slip up under the dash and fill that gap. It looked great.

I also considered doing something like that but when I work with wood I'm guaranteed to destroy it. Measure twice, cut once? I could measure a million times and I'm still going to screw it up.
Home Depot has a black spongy dense type weather seal material that's self adhesive on one side. There's different sizes but you could get it where it starts out at a quarter of an inch but expands to an inch once put in place so it will fill the gap totally. I use it in air conditioning vents to seal around zone registers. Works great.
Lowes has it too..
