Hello, could someone help me with this issue, i have a HD Dyna FXDWG 2012 year and it has aftermarket springs installed. It rides very hard, so i decided to put stock springs and spacers.
The problem is, i do not know what length is the stock spacer.
Could someone give me the length, so i could make those spacers? I have a standart pipe, that fits perfectly.
I can order original spacers, but the delivery where i live is very long and i want to ride
With the weight off the forks (on a lift) remove one tube cap. Measure from the top of the top triple tree to the end of the spacer. Should be about 2 inches long. Cut 1/2" off at a time. Drop the lift down and test ride. Still too stiff, repeat till it get where ya want it.
