I am looking to pull back my handlebars. I am short. presently it has a 6in riser (measured from base to very top). Harley wants over 300 for 6in riser with 1 in pull back
is there a less expensive but nice looking way to do this. Also I don't want to change any cables. Harleys are new to me and don't want to make it look like crap.
Just looking for options otherwise I will do it from the dealer.
On my '12 Fat Bob tried a few different pullback risers that allowed use of stock cables, while they helped the reach was still not comfortable, you may have different results. Lots of pullback riser options available on Ebay. Ended up going with Wild 1 low profile drag bar and new cables, this was a game changer. Now I can ride the thing all day/night long without any shoulder pain. https://wild1inc.com/browse-products...s/wo560-wo560b

after market goes for $6979. Even so called high end brands are about 1/2 of what Harley charges. Do a google search.
I used Rivco risers on my Fat Bob; I like the way they set back the bars and dont look like they were just bent back in a vice. I also changed handlebars; still stock cables
I like your set up where did u get the Rivco risers and where and what bar did get it...
THanks
Dan
Can't remember which distributor I got the Rivco risers from. Too many parts, too many years ago. The handlebars were made from stainless flattrack style bars with a 1/2" stainless "Hollywood" bar added by myself. If I did it again, I'd use steel...easier to finish the bars. I had to buy special metal files for SS and special primer to make the John Deere flat black muffler paint stick.
