Dyna wide glide
The dealer could not disable the alarm with their Digital Tec II computer? I would think they could do that.
They should also be able to look up the security code/PIN in the Digital Tech. That would allow you to disable the alarm and use the bike. Then at your convenience you could have them add another FOB.
I know I can do that with my Daytona Twin Tec, Twin Scan IV and the TechnoResearch Centurion Pro.... but to be fair, I've never tried to pull up that info with the alarm activated.
Sounds to me like a dealer that doesn't want to work on a bike older than 10 years old... There are a lot of them around these days.

Or perhaps they don't want to deal with a problem that could be related to the TSSM, knowing they can't order that part anymore, and there is no aftermarket replacement. I guess I could see that point of view. But they should be able to disable the alarm and make the bike useable..
If you know of someone, or an independent shop, with a TechnoResearch Centurion Pro diagnostic tool, I would ask them if they can help you disable the alarm, or at least find the security code/PIN.
Good luck, let us know how this works out...
