Side mount license plate delete

Default Side mount license plate delete
Looking for suggestions on removing the hinged side mount license plate on my '11 Wide Glide. I want to mount it on the fender to allow installation of saddle bags. I'd prefer not to drill into the fender to mount a plate. Maybe some sort of plate bracket?

Well it kinda depends on which rear fender ya got. Is it that short cut off one or the bobbed fender? Look up ronniespartsfinder.com. Ya can see what's available for ya.

Type in a search of "Wide Glide license plate relocation" and look at "images" and you should get a fair amount of options/ideas. I had to make my own for my SB.

I dont blame you, I'd hate to have to drill holes in my fender to mount a plate.
