I have led lights with a load equalizer that fixed the hyper flash. I then bought the converter to connect brake and turn signal lights together and the hyper flash came back? The service engine light is coming on, should I worry about it? Has anyone had this issue.

You didn't include year/model info, & the requirements for a load resistor/equalizer can be different between CANBUS & non-CANBUS systems, but I'd remove the first load equalizer and see if it resolves the problem.
If the new R/T/B module both changes rear turn signals to Run/Turn/Brake and has a load equalizer built in, then take off the first, stand a lone, load equalizer.
If using two different modules, one for R/T/B only and another one for load equalizer, they have to be installed between the main harness and the rear light harness in the correct order. The order from the main harness connector, to the rear light harness connector should be; main harness connector, the load equalizer (or signal stabilizer), the Run/Turn/brake module, and then the rear lights harness connector.
