Got one of these........I always stay low on the torque value to not break off that little nub.
Feels like it could snap off.

I have a complete set of Snap On Torque Adapters, but there are at least 2 spots where there was no way they would work.
I just used a S shaped box end wrench and estimated...

The nice thing with the homemade extension is the ability to be able to use it on multiple size bolts. I can post a picture of the one I made as an example if you'd like.
