Default Pegs: round or flat?
I don't like the stock pegs that came with my '07 low rider. Harley basically has either round ones or flat ones. Any preferences on which? I would think that the round ones would allow one's foot to find mutltiple resting points and the flat ones would have only one resting point. But, there are some real nice looking flat ones in the accessory catalog.

I just put on Kuryakyn ISO pegs and love them. Very nice pegs that reduce vibration, also got the grips which are great too.

Yeh, keep in mind HD's aren't the only pegs out there. Kuryakyn makes some great pegs. You can find some models that have a flat surface but are sort of rounded at the top and bottom giving you the best of both worlds.

i've kuryakyn iso grips too.
after about 2 weeks opf normal usage i've bad plastic on it...

I am thinking about switching to the Kuryakyn pegs that have the pull out heal rests. I have fixed heal rests on my bike now which are very comfortable, but I want the ability to get them up out of the way if I feel like hitting the corners hard. I have scraped these a few times on certain roads.

I agree about the ISO stuff, the ones I am looking at are of that design as well. Really helps cut the vibration.

i had some ISO pegs on my sporty and they really cut down on thevibration and thats the next thing to get for my fxdx. worth the money
