I am trying to find this Dealer Exclusive part and am not having any luck locally (Kansas). They are telling me that it's on backorder until April. This is the only part stopping me from completing the repairs on my bike after the accident. If anyone would mind giving their local dealer a call and checking to see if they have one, I would very much appreciate it. I would even Venmo the first person the find one I can purchase $50 for their trouble.
Its on the web for my local dealer but got to call them after 10 am on Tuesday because they are closed on Monday. Don't need the 50 bucks for the troubles just happy to help.
Your Dealer should be able to do a Nation wide search for you, find the part and work it out with the other dealership. Sometimes you have to nudge the parts guy to work for it, good luck.
All of the Dealers have a Dealer Locator System on their computers and can see if anybody has one sitting on the shelves just like the automotive dealers do,so if anyone has one it would show up on their System. So you're most likely SOL until April..
