I have already cleaned the IAC. Throttle blade has clearance and is not fully closed.

I would try rotating the throttle stop screw in 3/4 turn- sometimes the back of the stop screw gets grooved, & rotating that screw presents a new flat surface for the stop to rest against ( and gives a pinch more air.)

I don't know if it's supposed to drop to 30 while cranking. If you can, check it while riding as pressure can drop as rpm goes up. Here's good vs bad.

Me? That's fuel pressure, before and after filter and regulator.

Changed out the engine temp sensor just to see if it starts better tomorrow. We shall see in the morning. I am thinking the problem is in the tank. Ordered a new pump, regulator, filter, screen and gasket. Also ordered new bolts for the top plate. Should be here this weekend but I am out of town until next weekend starting tomorrow.

fuel pressure should not drop to 30 when cranking it should stay between 55-62 at all times.. maybe a weak pump, clogged filter, weak regulator, pin hole in line.. etc. i think that is your main issue here.

Did you check the fuel regulator housing as rigidthumper suggested, when you replaced the fuel regulator?

Don't know about Dynas, but the early Twin Cam Softails had issues with the regulator housing itself cracking/leaking...

It was often enough that Trask designed, made, and sells a billet fuel regulator housing for the softails...

I just got my new to me 2013 electric diagnostic manual and I will post up pictures of doing a current draw test on the bike or on the bench. Any clamp on amp meter will give you the information you need to do the tests.

Had some free time. New pump, regulator, filter and screen went in. Seemed to do the trick
