Have you checked the fuel pressure? Check for a voltage drop on the main cable at the starter connection.. Seems to crank slowly but then does speed up a little.. Also with a clamp on Amp meter check the starter draw..

I am going to check fuel pressure on Wednesday. It’s too cold in a Florida right now (30 degrees). Wednesday it will be 71 again. I highly doubt starter draw is the issue. It is a two year old starter. The cables were upgraded to the nice thick ones when I did the motor build.

Crank it but stop (just) before it starts. Pull a plug. Is it wet or dry?

Update:

Fuel pressure goes to 58 with the key on and falls to fifty. While cranking drops to 30.

Once in and at idle stays at 58 psi

Did you pull the manual compression releases to confirm they are fully open and not full of carbon??

Next step would be to verify the throttle blade has about .004" clearance @ 0 TPS, and the IAC pintle (and passageway) is clean.
