Update: she's better but still doing it. I am going to run another fuel pressure test on Monday. If it's low at staring I am going to see where it's leaking out of.
If it's not dropping anymore I don't know what my next step would be.

Hey Jason, do me a favor and re-list all engine mods.. The only 27 cam that Andrews makes is for Evo's. You posted in your first post a27 cam. So if you don't mind, let's start over a little..

Andrews 37h cams. TTS dyno tuned by Docs Performance Tuning
I will say that I do not believe it has to do anything with the starter itself. The starter was replaced approximately two years ago. And again the bike runs great. It seems to have gotten better once warm starting

Do you remember what the compression was when you first did the build and do you know what it is now (cold motor)? Precision Giggles take the air cleaner off open the throttle body squirt a little fuel in there and see how much better it starts.
