Nah, your not crazy.I believe you did the right thing. Hard to put a price tag on something like your bike, but from the stuff I've read, 20K for your bike would have been a steal, for your boss. Tell him to buy his own damn bike

After all the work done to it to make it exactly what I wanted, I'd have a damn hard time parting with the wide glide.

Like yours, it is a chameleon, changing from stripped down bar hoppper, to touring model in minutes.

The boss is smart - he knows you keep that thing tip top shape - but it begs the question - what IS the price? I have the cruiser/bar hopper combo and I love it (well one isn't working right now) but maybe you could help him buy a used one from ebay or somethin'.

Don't sell it man. I know what you mean by loving it so much. Plan on turning mine into a bar hopper in about 2 or 3 years & getting a bagger also for the when my other half wants to ride. I want to do some really longggggg cross country riding & I don't think she'd be too happy on the S.B. especially with that 2 up 7 inch wide S.E. leather we've got....lol
