Well I had my ape bars put on yesterday. I don't have to miss them any more ! I rode a lot yesterday, man it feels good.

Wow! Those are some fine looking Dyna's! Thanks guys for all of your input......I really want them now. Just need to figure out which size to go with.

There aren't any shops in my area to try them out, but I'm guessing I need them to be about shoulder height. I'm 6' 4", so 16's at least. I have a La Pera Bare Bones seat, and will order a Mustang for the long haul, so I'll will be sitting a little low, or a little high, depending on the seat of choice for the ride.

Cardboard, thanks for that good pic. Your bike looks almost identicle to mine.

Sway, that is probably the finest looking Wide Glide I have ever seen! Great job!

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Gimps and Apes? Is it a pullback thing?

Maybe true but all I can picture is in slow speed turns he will have to do it one handed or stand up. I wouldn't think it would be comfy for very long either. Grab a lot of attention I am sure though.
