I'm looking to install ape hangers on my Wide Glide as a Winter project, and hoping some of you guys may have some photos of 14" to 18" bars on your Dynas to post for inspiration.
I'm presently running drag bars, which i really like, but am looking for a change.
I'm worried that once I install apes, I may grow to not like them. Even though the stock mini apes were comfortable on my Wide Glide, I didn't care for the look, though some taller and fatter bars may be more appealing.
Any photos and good/bad experiences with your ape installs would be much appreciated.
here is mine with 14's and 3 in risers... there is one in there when they where still chrome before i powder coated them... they are perfect for me... right at shoulder level, i am 5'9... so with the stir ups on my forwards they are great!
