Default %^&*&^#@ Muffler removal

I've got SEII's on my Dyna. I"m trying to get the damn things off. The front was no problem, the rear is not coming off! It's loose, it can be moved side to side and up and down. It can only be turned slightly. The clamp is loose. Any tricks to getting this thing off? I don't want to ruin the muffler, I'll probably be putting it back on in the future, I just want to try out these new Screaming Eagle mufflers to quiet it down a bit for long trips. HELP!

Place a wood block against the mounting bracket on the underside and drive it back with a 3 lb. hammer.
Be careful!

some of them are riveted on i have seen people only rivet one on and the mounting will hold them both .. check behind the clamp and see if you dont have a small rivet holding it on

Damn I wish I would have read your post earlier!

That's what was holding it on, sure as ****. I moved the clamp back and there was a rivet in the rear pipe.

Thanks guys for all the replies!
