Extra wires in Headlight

Extra wires in Headlight
I had my Headlight open on my 2006 FXDI and found 2 extra wires not connected to anything. Does anyone know what these wires are for? I have the service manual and it shows the wires but it does not show what they are used for. One of them is black so i guess it is a ground. My best guess is it for auxillary lighting but I want to know for sure. Anyone have other ideas?

Yeah probably for a small "city light" that Euros usually have, would sort of be like a daytime running light setup, but just a small bulb (like a side marker bulb on a car)
