Headlamp Wiring ?

So i got my tank undone, pull out existing headlamp wiring, there's 3 wires white, black, yellow. My new Light has only 2 wires, red and yellow. Anybody ?

is your new headlight a duel fillament bulb... does it have brights and regular headlight? that may be why... if not just wire to the regular headlight power and wrap the other line

yeah, you need to to splice two of the bike wires to one of the lamp wires. I did this two winters ago and can't remember the final outcome. I just did trial and error until the lamp worked, and switched the proper direction when going between lo and hi beams
