Looks good.....you'll love the 14" Apes. I just did mine. If I could give you a tip buy +6 cables (unless you want to go bigger some day) I got all the part numbers for the Harley cables if thats what you want. I researched like crazy and took a shot at +6 and they're PERFECT.
Muddyape - can you Email that information to me? That would be totally awesome!
I'm going from just the stock setup so if I could get a list of what I needed that would totally help (and reassure me).
hey sin... your bike looks great! What kind of wires are those? tint out your turn signal lenses... take about a hour but is well worth it! Get a can of spray tint... sand them down till they are tough... wash them with dish washing soap to pull off any oils and crap then just start layering on the tint... light coats and lots of them! after that you can wet sand them down to shine them up and clear them or what i did was just put on a few light layers of clear and kept the matt black look i love it!
here are a few pics... bottle opener is tight! I got mine just got to powder coat it as well... i forgot who's bike i saw that on but after i did i had to have it... very nice bud!

Wow, you can still see your signals through those lenses?!
I have had that bottle opener for about 4 years now just sitting in a drawer. I thought about powder coating it
but I think it looks best the way it is. It is for indoor / outdoor use (at least according to the box) so I don't
think rust would be a problem. I guess I'll keep an eye on it...
Sintax,
Nice looking bob. I've been thinking about making my own mount also. What are you using to illuminate the license plate?
Hey Muddyape, could I get that list for the 14" bars??
Semper Gumby
Uh... the rear signals. HA!
I was going to go with those LED bolt lights that are made for license plates but I have no experience with wiring anything and
have no idea where I would even plug the wires into. Sad, I know.
the light shines though no problem i have both the front and rear done... i will post a pic later when i get home... I think the light rusted bottle opener would fit the bike a bit but then again... just the word rust is bad when you follow it with my bike.... looks good bud! I have 14 apes on my bike with 2.5 risers... used stock cables just bent out the brake line... see my gallery for pics.... how about those wires??? ooh ya my bars came from JP cycles. got them and powder coated them black chrome...
