2006 FXDLI computer tweaking

What if anything can the dealer do to the factory computer map? Idle speed, ignition advance , plus or minus on fuel? Can the factory computer be "tweaked" thur a lap top at the dealship?

Hall, dealer does some of that (very minimal).

Get the race tuner - SERT -
and do all of that and much more
(probably want to find a tuner that is well versed).
