I hear there very good shocks, also very expensive. Have you adjusted you preloads up on the stock shocks, that might help some.

6'3" 230lb, lost 10 lb since I bought 'em, 12" progressive 440's HD still love 'em, also replaced frontsprings w/ progressive springs and heavier fork oil, no more dive, stiff ride, but always in control, so much better. Peace.

I have put approximately 1000 miles two-up (330 total pounds) on my 11" 412s. I put them on the fourth stiffest setting and have yet to bottom out.

I'm about 300lbs 6'2" and the stock shocks just didnt work...I could set the preload to compensate for my weight, but I might as well been riding a rigid....I invested in a 12" Progressive 440 IAS HD and the rides awesome...I can even two up if I want...to adjust the preload you just twist the top of the shock with your hand...no special tools required.

My only gripe is that I need to either add springs and heavier oil to the front forks or swap them out with a set of Storz inverted blackout forks....

11" will drop it real low. might want to consider 11.5 or 12 to compensate for your weight (compression)
412's are cheap its the 440's that'll break the bank. consider adding front lowering springs too.
not being a prune, but do a search - tons of info on this exact topic! good luck
