11" will drop it real low. might want to consider 11.5 or 12 to compensate for your weight (compression)
412's are cheap its the 440's that'll break the bank. consider adding front lowering springs too.

I think the 412's would work for you. Get the heavy duties.
I weigh 240 and run mine on the lightest setting with no problem even with a sweat hog on the back that gotta be pushing the total close to 400.Mind you the ride will be very stiff with the heavy duties but you get used to dodging pot holes.Now if you pick up a little dumplin' that weighs and much as you,I just don't know. The shocks might be ok but the frame might bend.
