Of al the Dynas, love the Lowrider the best ... but HATE the graphics on the tank. Besides spending an extra $2K for the custom paint job from HD, will the company do anything else for me (like being able to order a Lowrider with the tank graphics from another stock bike)?
It's going to be a lot cheaper to take the tank and have itpainted the way you want it.
My friend bought a new tank for his 05 low ride and it was over $1,000 from the dealer.

I think you should ask. If you are special ordering your bike, I believe you can get it without an emblem on the tank, but you will have to pay for it.
I am saying this, because I know through the dealer, I can get a replacement FXD tank without the decal, but it is considered custom and will cost the same as a tank with the emblem.
The FXDC costs way less and has real emblems on the side. IMHO that is the way to go. Can always get the lowered look through progressive shocks and springs. Also get foward controls and the seat of your choosing for around the same money as the FXDL costs stock.
