Default Can the front brake lever position be adjusted?

08 FatBob. The front brake lever has too much travel (half way) before the brake starts to apply. It stops fine at about 3/4 way, it's just alien to my grip. If it weren't hydraulic it would be an easy adjustment. FYI, it's not a "soft" pull, it actuates in the same position every time.

Have you bled the line and topped off the master cylinder? (Or did you just assume that it was done correctly at the dealership?)

The master cylinder is full (my first check). I haven't bled the lines but it doesn't feel like air in the line either. It's solid stopping at the same point every time, just a long pull before it starts braking. I was wondering if there was a hidden "slop" adjustment between the lever & the piston.
